Returns Policy
Below you can find our returns policy. Please ensure you read this page carefully and understand the terms of the policy. If you’re unsure about anything please contact our customer service team at customerservices@cbymcollection.com. We aim to respond to any of your queries within 48hrs.
- All items should be returned within 14 days for UK orders and 28 days for international orders
- Items should have original tags and labels attached
- Items should be returned in their original state of purchase - Not worn, washed or altered and must be free of odours.
- CbyM have the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we deem the returned item can not be resold, e.g. signs of wear, alteration, damage or misuse
- Once a refund has been approved, you will be issued with a full refund on the item and shipping costs incurred at point of purchase.
- CbyM will reimburse any postage costs associated with sending back an item if we are at fault e.g. wrong size/colour or damaged
- CbyM will not be held responsible for any loss of returns or exchanges. We advice you use a courier that will provide you with a tracking number, to ensure we receive the items safely.
Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange your item, please note we will only exchange it for a different color or size of the same item
- If you want to exchange it for an alternative item you will need to process it as a refund then place a new order
- All exchanges will be subject to stock availability. If we’re out of stock you will be offered a full refund
- CbyM offer free exchanges on all UK orders. The customer is responsible for any postage costs associated with sending an item back for a refund
- For international exchanges, we will refund you £9 to help with your return postage charges. We will then send you the replacement item at no additional cost. The customer is responsible for any postage costs associated with sending an item back for a refund
Returning a Faulty Product/Wrong item sent
We have very strict quality checking methods and want to ensure all items sent out are of the highest quality. In the event you receive a faulty item, before returning the damaged product(s), please email enquiries@cbymcollection.com and provide images and the relative information, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If you receive an incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. Please email our customer service team providing full details of your order, so we can get the issue resolved.
INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
In order to be environmentally friendly you will find that our items do not come with invoices as 9 times out 10 these are simply thrown away.
